To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Javvy Coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
Where are your coffee beans sourced from?
We source our premium beans from sustainable and ethical farms across the global coffee belt, including regions in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra.
